Privacy

Plain-language summary. This is a template — have it reviewed before you rely on it.

What we store

  • · Your email address, so we can deliver what you bought.
  • · Your orders, entitlements, licence keys and downloads.
  • · Your TradingView username, if you give us one, so access can be granted.
  • · For MetaTrader activations: a trading account number and a broker server name.

What we never store

  • · Passwords. Sign-in is by emailed link; there is no password to store.
  • · Card details. Those go directly to the payment provider and never reach our servers.
  • · Trading passwords or investor passwords. We never ask for them, and there is no field anywhere in the product that accepts one.

Analytics

We record first-party events — page views, searches, purchases — to understand what the catalogue should contain. Visitors are identified by a salted, truncated hash of IP and user agent. The raw address is never stored, and no analytics payload contains your email or name.

Your data

Email support@tradingvai.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion. Deleting your account removes your profile, activations and analytics association; order records are retained where required for accounting.
