Terms of sale and use

Plain-language summary. This is a template for a real agreement — have it reviewed before you rely on it.

What you are buying

A licence to use a visual trading indicator template on the platform you selected. You are not buying the source code, and you are not buying a trading system, a signal service or investment advice.

What the products do

TradingVAI products are visual decision-support tools. They do not place trades, do not guarantee results, and are not financial advice. Trading carries risk of loss.

Every product states how it behaves as new bars arrive. Where a tool recalculates or draws forward scenarios, that is disclosed on the product page before you buy.

Licence

  • · Use on the number of trading accounts your licence allows.
  • · Adjust settings and templates for your own use.
  • · Do not redistribute, resell, share or publish the files.
  • · Do not decompile or reverse engineer compiled indicators.

Delivery

MetaTrader products are delivered as downloads in your library. TradingView products are granted to your TradingView username through that platform’s invite system, which requires a manual or approved provisioning step and is not instantaneous.

Refunds

Digital products are delivered immediately. If a product does not work as described on a supported platform, contact support and we will fix it or refund it. We do not refund because a tool did not produce a trading outcome — no tool can promise one.

Liability

You are responsible for every trading decision you make. TradingVAI is not liable for trading losses.
