Refund policy
DRAFT — pending legal review
Draft pending review by the owner and a lawyer. Last updated 2026-10-28.
Digital products are delivered right away, so refunds depend on what went wrong. This page says what we will and will not refund, and how the amount is worked out.
When we refund
The product does not work as described on a platform we say it supports, and we cannot fix it.
We cannot give you TradingView access to your own account for a reason on our side.
TradingView rules change so that we can no longer keep your access going (see below).
You were charged by mistake, or more than once for the same order.
When we do not refund
A trade or a run of trades did not go the way you hoped. No indicator can promise an outcome, so this is not a reason for a refund.
Access is not working because the username entered was not your own account or was mistyped and was not corrected after we told you. We will correct a mistyped username for free.
Your access period has ended and you did not renew it.
Refund in proportion to time left
When we refund a timed TradingView period because we can no longer give access, the amount is the price you paid multiplied by the days left in the period and divided by the total days in the period. The count of days left starts on the day access stopped. The result is rounded down to the smallest currency unit.
Example: you paid for 6 months (about 182 days) and access stops with 91 days left. You get about half of the price you paid back.
Where we can move you to another way of getting the same indicator on TradingView, we will offer that as an alternative. It is your choice.
How to ask
Email support@tradingvai.com from the address you ordered with, with your order number. We reply with a decision and, if approved, send the refund to the original payment method where the payment provider allows it. Otherwise we agree another way with you.
